About the Event:

Sophie Mackintosh is joining Open Book Club, virtually, for a seminar on The Water Cure and feminist utopias.

If it's your first time, here's how the seminar will work:

• Sophie lives in the England, so instead of the usual live interview, she pre-recorded a seminar just for us. Think guest lecture, not casual Q&A. We'll watch it together on the big screen.
• After it plays, I'll open the floor and we'll talk through it as a group. You're reacting to Sophie's ideas with the whole room, not just listening to me ask the questions.
• You don't need to finish The Water Cure beforehand. The talk stands on its own, and the conversation after works either way.
• Your ticket includes drinks throughout the event 🍷

Refunds + Exchanges: I'm not able to offer refunds or exchanges for future meetings. This is a small (1 person!) business and I have to cover costs in advance of the event. Please consider this (and double check your calendar!) before buying a ticket.
